Event Information:

Date & Times: Wednesday 12th August 2026 - 3pm-10pm - Traders can access the site from 11am to set up. Please note additional vehicles (not used as stalls) MUST be off site by 2:30pm.

Deal Film, Food & Music Festival is a one day/afternoon event consisting of 4 live bands, 4 hot food venders, 1 dog treats vender, 1 coffee hut vender, 1 mobile licensed bar, 1 children's toys trader, 1 cinema snacks trader, 1 afternoon tea & cakes stall, 1 ice cream van, 1 face painter followed by an inflatable outdoors cinema screen showing The Greatest Showman at sunset.

Trader & Vender Application

We are thrilled to welcome you to the Deal Film, Food & Music Festival on Wednesday, 12th August 2026! Event operational trading hours will be from 15:00 to 22:00. We are in the process of finalising everything and will send out the event welcome pack to all successful stallholders. This pack will address all your enquiries and provide essential details.

To ensure a great variety of stalls, as well as fairness for all traders, we will be limiting vendors to one of each type of product or service. For example, there will only be one burger van rather than multiple. Pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Full stall payment will be required to confirm your pitch. - Full refunds will be given if the event is stood down.

In addition, all traders are required to fully complete the application form and upload the necessary documents. If you are unable to provide any of the required information.
